My definition of great company culture stems from my 12 years with this company. It’s just always felt like home. The “talk around town” when discussing our goals and core values is so much more than the normal, “profit and loss discussion”. It’s also about growth and outreach. “How do we keep the outreach and family orientation throughout all the growth?” I believe this company is the best place to, not only grow, but grow, learn and lead. As our longest customer for more than 20 years, Petco’s store concept has changed many times, and Merchco has been involved every step of the way.


McCue was tasked with replacing Home Depot’s existing aging cart corrals. Merchco developed and trained teams to rollout in over 2,000 locations.


A corporate directive called for maintenance improvements across multiple locations to be completed in less than 45 days. Utilizing various teams, Merchco was able complete ahead of schedule.
