As our longest customer for more than 20 years, Petco’s store concept has changed many times, and Merchco has been involved every step of the way.

McCue was tasked with replacing Home Depot’s existing aging cart corrals throughout the country. Merchco developed and trained teams to execute this large rollout in over 2,000 locations.

A corporate directive called for maintenance improvements across multiple locations to be completed in less than 45 days. Utilizing various teams, Merchco was able to exceed customer expectations and complete ahead of schedule.
