After a successful career in music retail operations, David has spent the past 25 years in the 3PL industry, focusing on merchandising, client services, assisted sales, store remodels, installation projects, and business development. He leads strategic growth at Merchco, working with both retail and OEM clients nationwide, and brings global execution experience to every initiative. A servant leader, David builds high-performing teams and fosters collaboration, innovation, and integrity. He studied at Georgia State University in Atlanta and is driven by a vision to share insights and help others succeed.
Christopher Beckcom
Christopher Beckcom is a Board Member at Merchco Services and formerly led the launch of its Construction Division, supporting L&D, Marketing, and Strategy. An architect by training, he brings experience in project management, retail setups, virtual training, and design/build work. He holds a B.A. and M.Arch. from the Savannah College of Art & Design.
Scott Bouwens
With over 35 years of experience in retail operations, store planning, and support services in the retail industry, Scott Bouwens pairs a wealth of experience with a unique understanding of client’s needs. Scott has a thorough understanding of new store and remodel programs, capital projects, and construction renovation. Scott’s focus is on evaluating client goals and designing programs to achieve them, planning and developing new business opportunities, and driving Merchco’s growth.
Tim Granoski
Tim joined Merchco in March of 2016. having served as V.P. of Operations prior to being promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Merchco, Tim gained valuable experience in sales, merchandising, procurement, logistics, operations and management in his 39+ years in the grocery industry.
Joseph Cirelli
Joseph Cirelli has over 25 years of experience as a Senior Executive building and leading high-performance teams at a national level. He has specialized skills in retail operations, construction, property management, corporate real estate, store setup and customer satisfaction. Joseph earned a B.A. in Organizational Management from Cabrini College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Drexel University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
