After a successful career in music retail operations, David has spent the past 25 years in the 3PL industry, focusing on merchandising, client services, assisted sales, store remodels, installation projects, and business development. He leads strategic growth at Merchco, working with both retail and OEM clients nationwide, and brings global execution experience to every initiative. A servant leader, David builds high-performing teams and fosters collaboration, innovation, and integrity. He studied at Georgia State University in Atlanta and is driven by a vision to share insights and help others succeed.

Merchco’s commitment to training was proven by acquiring Infinite Training Systems, Inc. (ITS) in 2020. Prior to bringing ITS in-house, we developed a comprehensive video training program to advance our employees in-store training capabilities in each of our accounts nationwide.

Our exclusive video database allows our field employees to access digital information for in-store installations, assembly, and safety tailored to each account. This allows our greatest asset, our employees, to work at the highest standard on Anything, Anytime, Anywhere.
