Michael Riggan has over 30 years of experience in specialty retailing, the service industry, and wholesaling. He excels in strategic planning, product development, and market development. His executive experience includes marketing, merchandising, distribution, real estate development, and store operations. He has experience and three different retail Industries including: Drug Stores, Automotive Aftermarket, and Pet Food and Supply for Autozone, Western Auto Supply Company, PetCare, and The Pep Boys. Most recently he was CEO of Merchant’s Tire & Auto Centers. He is an alumnus of the University of Texas and Harvard Business School. He also serves on the Board of Directors of two companies and several not-for-profit company boards.

Nancy Beckcom has Served as Secretary for Merchco Services Inc. Since 2008. Prior to serving on the board of directors she gained experience in Human Resources, payroll, and purchasing for Factory Card outlet, AutoZone, and Super D Drugs. Her background has rewarded her with experience and employee relations and policy development. She currently serves on the finance committee at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church.

James Cato is currently CFO and part owner of ACEL, LLC, a wholesale privately owned businesses, lending analytical support, fostering profitable growth and helping to formulate and Implement successful succession strategies. Jim is an alumnus of the University of Virginia and of The Darden Business School.
