I would like to express my gratitude for the Merchco Team.​ They were incredibly receptive to any notes that may not have been included in the original POG​, and their follow-up to each and every note has been nothing short of phenomenal.​ Thank you all – we had no clue a remodel could be this smooth. Merchco has completely restored my faith in the process and how smooth it can be!!

Their dedication, attention to detail, and work ethic were truly instrumental in ensuring that everything was completed on time and to a high standard. Merchco really outshined the other 3PL teams by taking the lead on things, finishing their projects before the other teams and going above and beyond for the store and for us. The lead was super amazing - anything I asked him; he was on top of and super proactive at addressing things I didn’t think of. Let them know they represented Merchco well! ​

I have been on several of the retrofits, and I have to say the Merchco Team is one of the best construction firms I have had the pleasure of working with! ​When I saw Merchco t-shirt walk in the building I knew this was going to be a good project!
