Project Coordination

Merchco’s trained Project Coordinators are capable of becoming an extension of your own team by providing full project supervision of the customers and/or Merchco provided employees, trades, and suppliers at the field project level. Our Coordinators have the ability to take a project from shell to soft opening using your established standards and guidelines supervising the fixture process, merchandising training and stocking, trade coordination, administration, reporting duties, and turnover to store operations personnel.

Our Project Coordinators are trained to manage the following:

  • Scheduling of Deliveries
  • Fixture Installation
  • Merchandising Crews
  • Complete Remodel Crews
  • Reporting responsibilities
